Initial Consultation
This 90 minute consultation is an in depth analysis of your health history and current diet and lifestyle. This forms the structure of your package and following this consultation, you will receive a treatment protocol for the year – outlining the tests required, supplement schedule and additional therapies needed for best results.
Regular Coaching Sessions
You will receive regular coaching calls with Oliver throughout the year to assess your progress, identify any areas of further support and update treatment protocol and supplement schedule as necessary. This is key to long-term sustainable change and addressing the effects of chronic stress and burnout through the health transformations this package provides.
Functional Testing
The root cause of any health complaint is specific to the individual and may involve factors such as genetics, diet, lifestyle, toxicity exposure, psychological and physical stress, or underlying infections that can be identified through Lyme disease testing. Oliver will organise advanced testing that is specific to your needs, so your treatment is as targeted as possible.
Supplements & Herbs
We only ever recommend supplements of the highest quality with minimal excipients and in addition to this, Oliver is an expert herbal medicine practitioner and has the specialist knowledge to make bespoke herbal remedies for your particular health concern.
Additional Therapies
We have a multitude of integrative therapies in-house that you will have access to should Oliver recommend them. This includes IV nutrient therapy, ionic foot baths, craniosacral therapy, the Perrin Technique, bioresonance, homeopathy and energetic medicine sessions.

2. Pre consultation assessment
With Oliver Barnett
Following your initial call with Oliver’s client coordinator, you will then have the opportunity to speak with Oliver directly.
This is the perfect opportunity to discuss your health concerns in a little more detail and Oliver will advise on the best course of action for you. You will also be able to ask Oliver any questions and understand if you’re the right fit to work together.
If approved, you will be sent the confirmation details and your package will commence shortly.
3. Package begins
Tailored to your individual needs
You will be emailed a questionnaire and food diary to fill out and email back in advance of your first session.
This is an important step as it enables Oliver to research any specific points raised on the forms prior to your first consultation, so he can start building a preliminary picture of your health.
You will then begin regular consultations with Oliver and receive your individualised nutritional plan, supplement and herbal protocol and be recommended any additional therapies to help you achieve complete health and wellness. This will be updated throughout the year according to your needs.
