Our tasty pre-workout smoothie recipe is a useful and delicous alternative to powdered drinks offered at gyms, for that pre-exercise boost.
Ideal for high endurance exercise for over 1 hour.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 250ml coconut water
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 2 tbsp of raw cacao
METHOD
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
