Ingredients

  • 1 pint of water
  • 2 handfuls of organic frozen spinach (Ocado)
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • Thumb of ginger
  • Fresh turmeric root
  • Juice of lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Small handful of frozen banana slices
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp superfood powder – Vital, Just Greens 
  • 4 tbsp collagen protein powder – Great Lakes, Collagen

Method

  1. Place all items in a high speed blender
  2. Blend until combined
  3. Enjoy
