Instant Banana Ice Cream

Prep 2 hours (min) Cook 10 minutes Makes Serves 2

This is the perfect low sugar option when you fancy something sweet and great option for children!

Ingredients
  • 3-4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp coconut water or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

 

Method
  1. Slice the bananas into chunks and freeze
  2. Whizz the frozen chunks in a food processor with a small slug of coconut water or milk and the vanilla essence
  3. Blitz until creamy thick ice cream consistency, but not too much or it will melt
  4. Serve, enjoy!
