Instant Banana Ice Cream

This is the perfect low sugar option when you fancy something sweet and a great option for children!

Good For


  • 3-4 very ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp coconut water or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Slice the bananas into chunks and freeze.
  2. Whizz the frozen chunks in a food processor with a small slug of coconut water or milk and the vanilla essence.
  3. Blitz until a creamy and thick ice cream consistency forms, but not too much or it will melt.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
