Honey and Nut Granola

Prep 10 minutes Cook 25 minutes Makes Serves 5

Our tasty granola recipe offers a gluten free option for those looking for a healthy start to their day. It's perfect as a snack with drizzle of yoghurt, enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups jumbo oats
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or coconut nectar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp good quality vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup coconut chips
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then lay on baking sheet in oven and cook at 180 degrees for 25 mins turning every 5 minutes or so till golden brown.
  2. Once cooled add raisins and coconut chips
