INGREDIENTS

Fresh Strawberry Milkshake

  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 7 medium strawberries
  • ¼ cup dates
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A tiny pinch of salt

Coconut Almond Smoothie

  • 8 oz coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon chopped dates
  • 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon raw almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A tiny pinch of salt

Elderflower ‘Champagne’

  • 1 head fresh elderflowers
  • 1 thick slice lemon
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 100ml boiling water
  • Sparkling water to taste

Fresh Virgin Mary

  • 6 ripe tomatoes (skinned)
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • 1 red chilli (seeded)
  • ice cubes
  • Pinch of celery salt (optional)

METHOD

Fresh Strawberry Milkshake
Place all ingredients in your blender and fill to 2 cups with ice. Blend until smooth.

Coconut Almond Smoothie
Place all ingredients in your blender and fill to 2 cups with ice. Blend until smooth.

Elderflower ‘Champagne’
Place the elderflowers in a small bowl and pour the boiling water over. Add the lemon slice and maple syrup. Cover and leave to cool. Strain and dilute 50/50 with chilled sparkling water just before serving.

Fresh Virgin Mary
Juice the tomatoes, celery, garlic (if using) and chilli. Pour into a jug of ice, stir in the celery salt, if using, then serve.
