Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Our tasty healthy breakfast smoothie recipe has been a favourite with clients for years. It is ensures a good mix of fats, protein and carbohydrates.

Ingredients
  • 250 ml of milk (goats, coconut, almond, rice or oat)
  • Handful of almonds
  • 1 tbsp of flax oil
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tbsp of oats
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax powder, (try Linusprout)
  • A scoop of Protein powder such as whey or Sun Warrior
  • optional add ons = Maca, vitamin C powder, coconut manna or super-food powder.
Method
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
