Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
Our tasty healthy breakfast smoothie recipe has been a favourite with clients for years. It ensures a good mix of fats, protein and carbohydrates.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml of milk (goats, coconut, almond, rice or oat)
- Handful of almonds
- 1 tbsp of flax oil
- 1 small banana
- 2 tbsp of oats
- Handful of frozen berries
- 1 tbsp of ground flax powder, (try Linusprout)
- A scoop of Protein powder such as whey or Sun Warrior
- Optional add ons = Maca, vitamin C powder, coconut manna or super-food powder.
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
