Jessica O’Dwyer

Jessica is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist after studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She has many years of clinical experience from working at some of the busiest medical centres across London.

She is part of the medical education team at one of the top leading medical laboratories for functional medicine, educating practitioners across the board. This means Jessica stays up to date with the current research and new developments in the nutrition industry.

Jessica’s passion for nutrition started at a young age when growing up with a very ill sister. She started her career in Biopharmaceutical Science where she soon realised making pharmaceuticals was not the route she wanted to take when helping people manage their disease. Jessica strongly believes in the patient-centred approach through integrative medicine by helping people figure out the “why” to their symptoms.

She is currently undertaking her Master’s Degree in Personalised Nutrition after commencing a role in Nutritional Psychiatric research for the Deakin University Melbourne, where she hopes to achieve her PhD.

Jessica’s specialities and areas of interest include: gut disorders, mood disorders and mental health, women’s health, female hormones, thyroid and stress management.
