Pre/Post Workout Smoothie Recipe

Endurance fuel  chocolate, banana, coconut smoothie:  Perfect pre-exercise boost. Warning – only if you’ll be exercising for over an hour!
One banana,
250ml coconut water,
tablespoon each of honey and coconut butter,
2 tablespoons of raw cacao.
Blend for 30 seconds Just delicious
