This nutritious quinoa recipe is high in protein and offers a veritbale healthier gluten free alternative to cous cous and other grains.

Nutritious Quinoa Recipe

Quinoa is a very nutritious grain; high in protein and I would recommend you consume this at least once a week

Rinse and drain quinoa before use
Half a cup of quinoa per person two one cup water
Add 1-2 teaspoons of Marigold Organic  Bouillon to the pot of boiling water
Cook with lid on and simmer for approximately 20 mins
Meanwhile grate 1-2 carrots
Chop a handful of coriander
Dry toast some almonds in a frying pan for 5 mins
Mix all ingredients and add some Olive Oil

I often add all sorts of other things, (chopped cucumber, tomatoes, fruits, asparagus, red onion, spring onion etc.)
