Our tasty healthy breakfast smoothie recipe has been a favourite with clients for years. It is ensures a good mix of fats, protein and carbohydrates.

Oliver’s Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

I 
would
 have
 this 
smoothie
 as
 often 
as
 possible 
as 
it 
gives 
you
 a 
full
breakfast
 and
 many
 required
 nutrients.

250 ml of milk (goats, coconut, almond rice or oat)
Handful of almonds
Tablespoon of  flax oil
1 small banana
2
Tablespoons of oats
Handful of frozen berries
Tablespoon of ground flax powder, (try Linusprout)
A scoop of Protein powder such as whey or Sun Warrior

optional add ons = Maca, vitamin C powder, coconut manna or super-food powder.

Blend until smooth
